Don't forget that Adeel was a principal. Most EdTech startups are founded by teachers who target other teachers (who don't have a budget). The handful of successful EdTech companies target both the buyer (principal/superintendent) and the user (teacher). The key is to show value to both.

thanks for the article. it's totally that as models get more powerful, extracting domain value gets harder, not easier, so the context layer is the moat
