Great essay guys. You've made me think about the future of voice AI and how many benefits it has over the digital UIs we currently use. Digital UIs' bandwidth is limited (Elon Musk says we use our meat sticks to interact with the internet/AI) and using voice is much more intuitive and natural, and can be used as a launch point for a lot of market areas.

Also agree with your point on focusing on authoring layers (= launch points) as a wedge where you solve a customer pain point, gain trust, and then start expanding more vertical!

As a founder of a tech startup, this info is refreshing to read and brainstorm how we can apply it in the next few weeks/months!
